The road is in poor shape and there’s construction, plus there’s no parking and guests aren’t allowed. The staff didn’t seem professional to me. They don’t know how to call clients and make a request. For checkout they called and said, “Sir, after 30 minutes you have to pay half day extra.” That’s not the kind of language hotel management should use.

The people working here were the best part. Everyone I dealt with was warm and keen to help, from the polite receptionists and well-mannered managers to room service and security. The security and service are top notch. The neighborhood is upscale and safe, the exterior and lobby look impressive, and breakfast was adequate, though the hotel is a bit expensive. The rooms and bathrooms are dated and need a complete overhaul. Furniture and fixtures look old, and many walls were damp. If I came back, it would only be because of the people running the place.

We enjoyed two nights here. The beds were comfortable, the room was very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a nice neighborhood, close to the main parts of the city, with good internet and a nice breakfast. Suggest.
