The buffet breakfast was especially good, and the food and service were good too. I stayed four nights while my passant was admitted at United Hospital. For value for money, I'd give it 5/5.

If you're looking for a good-value hotel near Gulshan and Banani, this could suit you. I spent three nights there with my family in January, and the staff were always helpful and kind whenever we had questions.

Alhamdulillah, I liked everything about Hotel West Valley. The attentive staff and top-notch amenities stood out, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with stunning views. The dining options were delicious too, and it all went beyond what I expected. I highly recommend it.

The diplomatic zone location made our embassy and official work convenient. Our rooms were cleaned every day, breakfast was quite good, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The security staff were always cheerful and welcoming.

This seems to work better for business trips than a vacation. The rooms were decent, but the service felt a bit slack. Food from the 24-hour restaurant was average, and the complimentary morning breakfast was below average. Overall, the stay was just so-so.
