Naas Serviced Apartments

For three days, this suite felt like home rather than a hotel. It had two bedrooms and a drawing room, and was neat, clean and tidy. I had a great time. The staff were all very good in their behavior and service. Wishing them good health and well-being.

My room was a decent size, with two beds and a living area, and I enjoyed the classic homemade breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rent was relatively low. I was helping my relative with treatment, so the location worked well for me, with a few good hospitals close by.

The room felt homey, but for the price I expected more. Walls in the bedroom were fading, and tiny cockroaches came out at night, which I didn't expect. There's no soundproofing, and with heavy traffic on Green Road 24/7, it was very loud. The Wi-Fi worked well, but there was only one charging port, by the water heater, and none by the bed. Dim bedside lights would've helped too. The entrance was beautiful and clean. Staff were kind, helpful, and ready to serve or clean. My room was spacious and averagely clean, with hot and cold water in the toilet. The free breakfast could have been much better. It was continental, but only had toasted bread with jam and butter, one omelet, a banana and fresh orange juice, no meat. There was no restaurant service in the hotel, though we could bring food from outside or ask a staff member to buy some.

Unfriendly, deceptive and rude. They asked me to cancel my Booking.com reservation and sent confirmation on WhatsApp. But when I arrived at 11:30am, they refused to let me check in with my partner and asked for a marriage certificate, even though I had their confirmation. Shady.
