The staff were great and the service was good. Nagar Valley hotel was comfortable and felt safe, and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. It's my first choice near Dhaka airport. I've recommended it to friends and will be booking this lovely hotel again soon 🙃

One of the worst hotels in Dhaka. The rooms are full of cockroaches 🪳. If you don't want to lose valuable time and money, stay away from this mess.

It's close to the airport, so Nagar Valley hotel could work if you're flying early in the morning or at midnight. There's also a restaurant. I can't tell whether it's a 2-, 3- or 4-star hotel, but the price and condition felt about the same to me. I couldn't find any hot water, and the telephone in room 504 wasn't working, which was the main issue 🥲.

Just awesome, that's all I can say. I expected it to be like every other hotel, but it was totally different. The team members, managers and other staff were friendly, and the food was especially delicious.
