At this price, it’s a good choice if you’re short on money. The location is handy, near the busiest part of Saidpur, with the main points within walking distance. I booked a single non-AC room for 2 nights. It was neat and clean, which I require, and the amenities were good enough. I didn’t use room service, so can’t comment on that. I had to ask for amenities on day two, and was told they’re provided every two days, which didn’t sound logical. Cleaning was meant to happen every day after 12 noon, but I didn’t see anyone clean the room on the second day. Nothing was lost during my visit, so safety seemed fine.

There’s no wheelchair entrance or parking, and the location wasn’t as good as we expected. There’s no lift, and the upstairs walkways aren’t smooth. Room service was very poor; you have to call on mobile and ask for what you need. The bedsheets and pillow covers weren’t changed over 2/3 days, and the room cleaning was just as bad. The hotel should keep things clean. Taken together, the service and cleanliness were bad.

We went there during a cycling trip and weren’t treated in a friendly, cooperative way. The rooms were small and overpriced. A very bad experience.

Everything was clean, and the staff were good. Love it, and I highly recommend Hotel Premier. I’d already suggested they add geyser facilities. They told me a few rooms would get them in future, and that all rooms would get the facilities eventually.
