The room was spacious, and it came with a kettle and basic things like soap, shampoo, and a brush. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and very accommodating. As a tourist, I found the hotel good overall. The location was okay. Highly recommended.

I booked four days here and had a really nice experience. The service was amazing, and I’d recommend the food too.

10/10
The food was tasty, and the restaurant looks quite luxurious. I also liked the prayer room on the second floor and the 24-hour security guard. Staff were helpful and informative when talking with customers, and the room was good too. They could add more decorative items, though. So far, this is the best hotel in Sylhet.
