I stayed in their Deluxe room, which was very convenient for the price. The hotel is right in the middle of the main town. Staff and room service were polite and ready to bring what I needed, and they really tried their best. The service was very good.

The hotel is very close to Sylhet town, but this was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. I couldn’t use the TV or Wi-Fi because the internet bill hadn’t been paid and the TV subscription was due, though some rooms could watch TV. The buildings on both sides leave the room dark during the day. Staff behavior was below average, and the room cost more than its facilities justified. Parking for cars and bikes is limited.

The room was cheap, so it may do for a one-night stay. Still, room service was very poor, and the old amenities and fixtures didn’t work properly. I didn’t have a good experience.

It’s a middle-class kind of hotel where you can rent a room cheaply. The management is okay, though not top-level. It’s in the heart of Sylhet, near the bus stand and railway station.

Service was very poor. There was no ventilation, mosquitoes in the room, no TV subscription, no cleaning service, and no phone to call staff. I called several times, but they still didn’t provide proper service.
