Hotel Mira Garden

We booked seven rooms for our family, from two-bedroom apartments to standard doubles and twins. They were all clean and comfortable, and the affordable rates meant each of us could have our own room. The hotel is a handy base for visiting family and exploring Sylhet, with a fantastic location and good value. It's not especially luxurious or beautiful, but it has what you need at a reasonable price. Service is the best part. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and very helpful, which is one of the main reasons we came back, along with the location and value. This was our second stay at Mira Garden with young children, just over two weeks in October/November 2025, and it felt like home away from home. The hotel has slipped a little since our last visit and could use better maintenance, but it was still welcoming and comfortable overall. The main annoyance was the frequent power cuts. From our previous stay at a 5-star resort in Sylhet and conversations with others who have stayed in the city, this seems fairly common. Still, in hot weather it was frustrating when the AC shut off several times overnight and we had to turn it back on. Breakfast was decent, though repetitive after a while. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby if you want something different. Nothing major put us off, and the great service made the stay enjoyable. I'd stay here again on my next trip to Sylhet.
