My family suite had two bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms, but only the outside bathroom had a geyser. The toilets weren't up to standard, and the bathroom hygiene overall was poor. Although the living room and bedrooms were fairly large and okay, they didn't look like the Google photos. The hotel sits on the top floor of a shopping complex. It has customer parking, but that area is always overcrowded by the complex's parking, especially in the daytime and evening. Don't expect the hotel to match its Google advertising. To me, it's basically a ONE STAR HOTEL rather than the advertised THREE STAR. Be prepared if you're planning to come with your family.

The team made us feel at home, and the food they prepared especially for us was delicious. We were so pleased with the service. During our visit to Sylhet, we found the hotel clean, safe, and well located. I recommend it to foreign visitors.

My parents stayed at this hotel for a month recently, and we were truly impressed. We're from Canada, and the cleanliness, hospitality, and standard of service were on par with a Canadian hotel. They're lifelong customers now. Thanks again for taking such good care of them.

We went back home to Bangladesh and stayed at this wonderful hotel. The staff treated us like family, with kindness and great etiquette. The place was safe and very clean, the amenities were just right, and the service was first class. I highly recommend staying here, especially for foreign visitors. The room service team went above and beyond. They even brought a huge extra wardrobe up to our room, which was so kind. We especially appreciated Mr. Babor (operation manager) and the whole team. The restaurant staff made meals to suit our preferences, and the food was delicious. A special shoutout to Mr. Yousuf Hossain (Manager), the Chef and his team, and the waiters Manik and Mohamed Hossain.

The room kitchen wasn’t very clean, and the WiFi connection was really poor. They didn’t provide WiFi in the room, so the network needs improvement.
