Keizershof Hotel

I’ve been staying at Keizershof for business for years, and my experiences have been good so far. The breakfast is very good, with fresh fruit, juice, and a solid selection. Rooms are clean, parking is easy, and the front desk service is great. I once left a shirt in my room and got it back quickly. The bar and service are great too, with free snacks and a selection of bottled local beers.

For the kind of travelers who come to Aalst, this hotel covers all the bases for a town like this. Thumbs up.

For our business meeting, the location right in the town centre was a great choice. Service was friendly without being annoying, and the staff were competent. The rooms were spacious, well kept, and very clean. There’s also an easy trouser iron. The bed was a little softer than I like, but still very comfortable, and having two types of pillows helped me sleep well. I’d recommend it.

Breakfast was decent, with delicious bread that’s changed daily. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was a nice touch. Underground parking costs €15-20 a night, but it’s worth it since parking in the town centre is difficult. The bar is a pleasant spot for a drink, though it’s a shame the restaurant only has a few casual dishes in the evening, with no full evening menu. The reception staff were professional and friendly. Rooms are average in size, very modern, and have a comfortable bed. It’s a comfortable, modern hotel in a super central location for both business and leisure.
