The owner was warm, friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the whole place was pleasant. It's in a great location. There are no keys, you use codes, and the pillow was comfortable. The main drawback was noise. We couldn't relax in the evening, and needed the ear plugs the owner provided to sleep. We'd read that it was very quiet, but that wasn't our experience. It's in the centre, with people around, and the sound seems to come through the thin walls even though the windows are good. I'd have preferred a bed to the unfolded sofa, too. Tea and coffee could be free, especially for a 4 stars hotel.

We used the business suite for an off-site with management, and it was set up just right for what we needed. The hotel is a little gem in Antwerp’s old town, right in the centre. Thanks for a great stay.

We spent our last night in Europe here, and it was a lovely way to finish the trip. The room was fabulous, breakfast was good, and the service and attention to detail were excellent. Fresh flowers, thoughtful decor, and cleanliness throughout made a real impression on us. The location is excellent, and there’s a parking garage right nearby if you’re driving. My husband and I were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it in Antwerp.

We explored Antwerp without needing a taxi or Uber once, thanks to the location. Our bright, roomy corner apartment was a great base for three nights. The whole place was clean, the staff I met were friendly, and the bed was really comfortable. I can’t fault it and would definitely stay again if I come back to Antwerp.

The staff were lovely and extremely service-minded, and everything about the service was perfect. The hotel also worked really well for the business side of my trip, with office space, secure internet and meeting rooms on site. Parking around the corner made it easy for visitors to come to meetings. For the vacation part, it’s right in the old town, within walking distance of restaurants, museums and shops. I had a perfect stay combining work and time off.
