We had a really nice stay, and the host was quick and friendly by email. With the Antwerp marathon, parking and getting in and out were difficult, but they warned us and even let us stay until 18Hr for free so we could leave after it was over. The place is easy to access with your phone, and breakfast was good. It’s not cheap, though there’s a lot for the money. The room was fantastic and cozy, with great facilities. We loved the sauna downstairs, with its two sinks, large shower, plenty of towels, two bathrobes and cozy lighting. The location was superb for walking to Antwerp’s nice areas. We felt relaxed and at home.
Getting in was easy, with clear instructions for check-in and the door. We loved the apartment, and it even had a Xmas tree! Ours was on level 2, though, and this unit has no lift, so hauling our big luggage up the wooden staircase was inconvenient.
Our daughter turned 8 that weekend, and they surprised her with lovely decorations and a birthday cake. The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed, and was fantastic. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.
We loved how easy it was to come and go. The place is in a quiet street and courtyard near the city centre, and the pillows were lovely. They’d provided all the toiletries and a fun welcome basket too. A lovely stay!
The location was perfect, and this was easily the best part of our trip. Heidi, Serena and the whole staff were excellent. The accommodations were modern, clean and really spacious.
