This apartment is a real find in the heart of Antwerp. The central train station is just minutes away, so it’s easy to get around the city or further afield. Restaurants, cute cafes and shops all around give the area a local-neighbourhood feel. It’s both relaxed and lively, good for a quiet morning walk or a night out.

We spent a week at Cadix 35 and were very happy with it. David was kind and helpful, and the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. From the balcony we had a beautiful view of the park, which is next to the building in a quiet part of Antwerp. The port is a short walk away and the city centre is about 15 minutes away. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are nearby. Definitely recommend it if you’re spending time in Antwerp! ❤️

Bert went so far as to offer to assemble my bike, which I’d brought from overseas. I haven’t seen that kind of care and service in a long time. Cadix 35 was a wonderful experience: quiet, well placed for seeing Antwerp’s sights, and stocked with everything needed to make a meal in the clean kitchen. Thank you!

David was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and his warm hospitality made the stay even better. We were a family of four, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It was clean and spacious when we arrived, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided for a comfortable, hassle-free visit. We’d gladly return and highly recommend Cadix 35 to anyone looking for a delightful place to stay.

We were lucky to make Cadix 35 our temporary home for four months while looking for a home in greater Antwerp. David and his dad Bart were lovely hosts who were always helpful. The apartments are well maintained and practically furnished, and the location is brilliant for exploring the city and getting quickly to the motorway. Clear 5 out of 5 from us. We recommend it for a weekend break or a longer temporary stay. 👍
