The place wasn't clean, and the hot water didn't work. The photos don't match what it's really like at all. I wouldn't stay here for more than two nights.

The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, and its only light was a small table lamp, which was awkward to use. The furniture was ugly, dirty, and broken, and the whole place smelled bad and felt very unclean. The water heater worked for just ten minutes once during my four days there. The rest of the time there was no hot water or heating. The landlady was nice, though, and I really liked the dining area's floor.
