The check-in was the one part that went badly. A receptionist insisted I pay again for the three nights I'd already paid for, and kept arguing even after I explained. Natasha, the manager, stepped in, spotted the mistake straight away, and arranged the refund within minutes. She was professional and kind, and I was glad she was there. The rest of my stay was very good. The hotel is clean and modern, only steps from the station and well placed for walking around the city center. I liked the free water refill point in the lobby. My room looked just like the photos, with a spotless, almost new bathroom. The thermostat worked fine and the bed was comfortable, though two pillows for a double bed felt a bit stingy. It was quiet facing the inner courtyard, so I can't say how well the windows block street traffic. I tried breakfast for two days at €15 each. The dining staff were sweet and the eggs and bacon were excellent. The rest of the buffet was decent but pretty standard for that price. I'd still recommend this clean, well located place.

The hotel sits on a quiet street, with plenty of shops nearby for a late snack, and the station is under ten minutes away on foot, handy since I travel by train. I spent three nights here during a very hot summer, and my room stayed cool. The room and bathroom were both well maintained, and the desk staff were friendly and efficient. A wonderful spot in the middle of everything, absolutely recommended.

The rooms are on the small side, but comfortable. The location is the real highlight, close to shopping, restaurants, bars, and the meteo station. Jumbo and Lidl are just a few steps away.

Breakfast was pretty good and the location is good. But the bathroom door in our room was transparent and soundproof, which felt quite uncomfortable, and there was some noise from that area too.

Hotel Jamingo made for a wonderful two-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and kept finding ways to make things more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, nicely furnished, and had a great view. The location was ideal for exploring Antwerp. Nothing to complain about, I'd happily return and recommend it.
