There's no room service, and the place feels neglected and completely unhygienic. The smell hits as soon as you walk in, like something's been rotting for years. The rooms are filthy, with dirt, grime and who knows what else everywhere. This isn't just unclean, it feels hazardous to your health. Absolutely revolting. I wish I could give it zero or even negative stars.

The room wasn't small, which was the one good thing. It's an old place and some things in the room were broken. Only one light worked, and the service wasn't okay. I emailed the office and was told they'd reply, but I never heard from them again. A big no for me.

We loved our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and nice.

Nothing seemed clean, from the kitchen and bathroom to the living room. The sheets and mattresses were covered in dust and hair, and there were what looked like bed bugs or other insects. Batteries had been taken out of the smoke detector for secret smoking. The walls were so thin you could move them with one finger. Windows, cabinets and other things were broken or wouldn't open, and parts of the roof were coming down. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. It should be closed. Don't book a room here.
