The shared kitchen was tidy, but there was very little cutlery, and the shared fridge gets cleaned weekly. The hostel is close to public transport and grocery stores. It seemed fairly accessible, with lifts, a ramp at the entrance, and an accessible bathroom on the first floor. I only stayed one night, unfortunately, but slept well. Check-in was easy, and everything seemed clean and tidy. The hostel provides a towel and earplugs. The dorms are high quality, with privacy curtains, individual lights and power outlets, and little shelves for glasses and other things. The lockers were big enough for my backpack, which is rare. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There’s a nice reception area with lots of comfortable places to sit and some board games, and the wifi worked really well. There’s also a laundry machine, dryer, and Pacman arcade game, though I didn’t try any of those. The hostel is connected to a Michelin star restaurant with vegan alternatives, but I didn’t try it during my short stay. I reckon I’ll have to come back for that someday. Probably the best hostel I’ve stayed at, and I really recommend it.

The people at the hostel had a sweet vibe, and I made friends for life. The staff are helpful, friendly, and nice, while still being strict when they need to be. I slept like a baby. It’s a huge recommendation for travelers, even though it’s a bit farther from the city center. Public transport makes it easy to get there, or it’s a sturdy 20-30 minute walk. There’s also a sweet working place for digital nomads, and it’s a heavily used feature.

The room was so quiet and comfortable, and it had a modern feel. Even arriving late at night was easy thanks to the clear, friendly, helpful communication. I was only there for one night, but everything ran smoothly. I'd stay again.

YUST has a laid-back feel, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It’s clean, modern, and felt safe, with a great spot in Berchem. The setup works well between hostel and hotel: comfy beds with plenty of privacy, free towels, and unlimited coffee in the lobby.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The location was ideal, with the metro downtown just half a block away, ALDI next door for groceries, and coffee shops all around. The rooms really felt like junior one-bedroom studios in NYC or San Francisco, with a kitchenette, dining table, and sitting area. Love this hotel.
