The views really do have a Tuscan feel, and the house and rooms are decorated with great taste. The owners have turned a rather plain 70s villa into a lovely five-star B&B. It sits right among Flanders' cycling and walking routes, and the breakfast is both generous and delicious. We felt at home, chatting with other guests over breakfast and with the owners, while the house dog made sure we gave it some attention. Hans and Geert can also point you toward the many dining options nearby.

We came to ride the bergs and cobbles of the Ronde van Vlaanderen, and this quiet, cosy spot in Flanders was just what we needed to unwind afterward. The owners were so welcoming, as was Rachel the puppy. Since we arrived on a national holiday and many restaurants were shut, they called around and found us a table. The renovated house has lovely views over the garden, terrace, and pool. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was comfortable. And breakfast was incredible, with homemade yogurt and fruit, smoked salmon on toast, scrambled eggs, cheese, and meats.

The Flemish Ardens views made breakfast even better, and it was one of the best breakfasts I've had. This is a luxury B&B in a lovely setting, with great service from wonderful hosts and all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay.

Lovely rooms, tasty food and drinks, and a top location. The hosts were perfect.
