The breakfast was very good, served over at the Chateau. For Manoir parking, P2 is best and has plenty of space. Car charging is downstairs at the Chateau, but bring your 220v charging cable because it isn’t a ccs plug. We ended up moving to the main hotel, Chateau, after speaking to the staff at its main desk. They were very accommodating and didn’t make a fuss, so they probably know about the Manoir’s problems. This review is about the Manoir, not the Chateau, though both are on the same grounds and use the same main desk. The Manoir is old and there was no staff on site. The heating ran constantly, making the house/hotel very hot. The airco was broken, the shower pressure was extremely low, the mattress had a sunken hollow, and the place smelled damp. There was a coffee machine downstairs, but no cups. Remember that the Manoir and the Chateau are different before booking. There’s a big difference between them.

The airco was broken in 30 degree weather, even though I booked a room specifically described as having air conditioning. Staff made no effort to improve things and didn’t apologize. A horrible experience. I don’t recommend it.

The Manoir is very quiet, and nobody is on site except housekeeping in the midmorning. My room was comfortable and had a balcony. There’s self-service tea and coffee in the foyer, and an excellent breakfast is included, served at the château. It’s an annex to the château farther down the hill, closer to the lake. Like me, you may think you’re booking a cheaper room in the main hotel and end up staying here. There’s nothing wrong with the Manoir.

Never go there! The place is old, and there’s no front desk or breakfast. You have to walk 10 min in the cold to another hotel, hotel du lac. The people at that desk are rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever! Beurk beurk

A truly horrendous stay. The rooms are really old and smell of damp and mould. It’s a separate annexe to the main chateau, and it hasn’t even been renovated to fit the style. There are no staff or services on site, and no breakfast, bar, or gym.
