Guesthouse Orchid

I enjoyed staying overnight. The room was clean and a good size, and the shower and toilet, though in separate rooms, were right beside it. The closest parking is a 10 to 15 minute walk away, which wasn't too bad. It can be a little hard to find because there aren't any big signs, so I've included a photo showing the entrance. I'd stay here again.

The staff were kind to my girlfriend, and the house was quiet. It's a private home where they rent out three rooms, but there's no reception service. We didn't like our room. We were on the third floor, and the toilet and bathroom were in our sleeping area, which I didn't like. The house also wasn't warm enough for us, so we didn't shower. The centre of Brugge is about a 15 minute walk. That's manageable in summer, but it could feel cold in winter. There's no nearby parking, so you have to use the city's public car park and walk about 10 minutes to the house. The staff were kind, but the price felt very high. Brugge is popular now and everything there is expensive. We give it 2.

A lovely, quiet room in the old town, with beautiful furnishings and facilities. Just be aware that there's no parking at the property. Free parking is available, but it's about a 15 minute walk away.
