Convenient spot near the beach and not too far from Bruges city center. There’s a shop and Go Mart next door.

The room looked clean, but I was shocked when I checked underneath the bed. The lady manager was very helpful. It was nice to have Netflix and other things to watch on the Google TV, though the connection did drop at times.

The room came with a terrace and lovely views. The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable, with delicious breakfasts and friendly staff who were always smiling. It’s also very close to the beach and public transport.

The staff were welcoming and nice, and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Rooms were cozy, and the room service was just perfect. Compared with other hotels on the Belgian coast, the price is more than reasonable. Getting around is easy, with a tram stop a couple of meters away. There are good restaurants nearby, and the beach is close too. Highly recommended!

They told us parking in front of the hotel with a blue card would be fine. In the morning, our car was gone. The police had towed it, and it was 10 km away. We had to pay 250 euros for the tow, 68 euros for the ticket, and 50 euros for an expensive taxi. The hotel never helped or supported us, and we lost a lot of money because of them. A disgraceful hotel. Don't trust it.
