Breakfast was included, but we never got it 🫢. Our loft room was bare, with nothing furnished, and it was cold. The distance to the old town also felt quite far, since a river runs between it and the accommodation and there are only a few ways across.

It was my first time in bruges, staying with katrien, and I’d happily recommend it. The rooms were roomy, clean, and tidy, and breakfast had plenty of fresh options. Everyone was very friendly, and I really appreciated that they spoke English. I could leave my motorbike in the garage, which felt safer. I’ll stay again when I’m back.

The room was larger than I expected, but there was no fresh coffee. Just bear in mind the washbasin is in the shower area. And it really is a half-hour walk to Bruges' central square, whatever you might hear otherwise.

So quiet, with a really good breakfast, and only 15 minutes from the centre. A great place, couldn't ask for more.

Only stayed one night, but it was a great place and the breakfast was more than I could manage.
