Olha was especially helpful whenever we needed something, and the staff were kind throughout. We appreciated the complimentary treats as well. My wife and I found the room quiet, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with everything feeling thoughtfully chosen and high quality. We also felt safe the whole time. The hotel is close to the city center, so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had a wonderful stay with no problems and would gladly return.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the smell of coffee in the morning was lovely. The area was peaceful, with the main hot spots about a 10-minute walk away. We stayed in accommodation 2. The room was beautiful, though the bathroom could use an update to match the standard of the rest of the house. It's a cosy place with everything you need, and we couldn't have asked for much more. An itinerary with suggestions for places to eat and shop, especially for chocolates, might help visitors plan. Otherwise, we'd come back.

The owner sent the main door key code by email, and communication was good. We were less than a 10-minute walk from the market square. The room stayed at a comfortable temperature and was very comfortable, with an excellent shower. We had a great stay.

The name really suits the lovely rooms, where you feel like a queen. This is a charming little B&B in Bruges, with a high standard and excellent guest reviews. Breakfast was absolutely superb. Highly recommended.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they helped sort out a booking problem with the external partner booking.com, which I really appreciated. The B&B is an easy short walk from the center of Bruges. My room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting Bruges.
