You can get pizza and really good beer here, and the pool tables are a nice bonus. The place has that cool, tucked-away American blues and jazz bar feel. Service was decent, though it seemed to depend on who was working.

Coming back to Bruges with my family, I wanted to see the old place from my friends’ weekends in 2011 and 2012. It was being torn apart, which felt bittersweet, but I still got to relive all those fun memories in my head. The place was gross and full of bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem to care. They kept driving me crazy by asking me to email them, and when I called, they screamed at me. They were rude to anyone who doesn’t speak Dutch. The reviews are misleading, and the 4 stars seem to be for the bar. Don’t book here unless you want to bring bugs home.

I was charged 45 euros for an hour of pool instead of 10. I got the money back once a manager arrived, but nobody apologized. Be careful, this feels like a tourist trap. I usually leave positive reviews, so take it from me: beware!

Our weekend was ruined, and we had to spend extra money booking somewhere else. We found bedbugs in the first room, then again after they moved us to another one. When we requested a refund, they offered half our money back. We asked for a full refund, and the receptionist, Nancy, yelled at my girlfriend over the phone. It was a borderline unacceptable way to do business, and we were left worried about bringing bedbugs home, with no full refund. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here!
