The paintings of the original owners covering the walls in one room were a lovely touch, and we enjoyed the outdoor space too. Our host shared interesting history about the home and gave us helpful advice about Bruges. Maison Le Dragon was our favourite place to stay during three weeks in Europe. We spent two nights there in early September, and the suite was spacious and comfortable, with old-world elegance and a modern bathroom that had plenty of room and amenities. The furnishings throughout were beautiful. We had a light breakfast one morning; after the other night we had to leave too early, but the food was outstanding. It’s convenient for getting around Bruges, and I don’t think we’d stay anywhere else in town. It should be on your shortlist if you’re visiting.

We had three nights here and loved every minute. The accommodation is first class and centrally located. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, with some chocolate to save for later. I recommend a stay while visiting this wonderful place.

Emmanuel really went above and beyond with all the details. The recommendations for dinner and other things to do were spot on, and the atmosphere was lovely. Breakfast was delicious too. Our room was comfortable and had an old-world feel, but we still felt pampered. We were in awe of this cozy, elegant guesthouse.

Emmanuel and Maka were warm, friendly and very generous hosts. The building is historic and beautifully situated in the centre, with an elevator and a small, cozy patio with a real olive tree. Our room was serviced every day, and everything was clean. The bathroom was spacious, with two sinks, a jacuzzi and a separate shower. Breakfast each day was delicious and plentiful: fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, a selection of cheeses, eggs made to order, chocolate and baked goods. Tea and coffee were available at all times.

The Belle Rose room was our favourite, with a richly furnished style that felt both opulent and vintage. The B&B is just a few minutes from the Grand Plaza, in a fantastic location. Our hosts were so helpful and made it a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend it!
