Sunny and Rebecca made this stay especially memorable. They were kind, warm, and professional, offered thoughtful recommendations, anticipated what I might need, and made me feel welcome from beginning to end. Their personal attention really stood out, and the rest of the team also made guest satisfaction feel like a priority. I travel often and Hotel Van Cleef ranks among my best hotel experiences. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and service that goes beyond expectations. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with care apparent in the details. The property has an elegant but inviting atmosphere, and the hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and ideally located. Every interaction reinforced the high level of hospitality. Thank you to Sunny, Rebecca, and the whole team for such a special stay. From arrival, it was clear the hotel puts real effort into giving guests a memorable experience. Sunny and Rebecca’s dedication made an already lovely visit unforgettable.
