The location was relaxing, the staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big too. I’d stay here again when travelling to Bruges.

The room was beautiful, clean, and very well kept, and the hostess was friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with warm rolls, croissants, salmon, fresh fruit, and more. I was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings and hospitality too. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return to this lovely little hotel!

I tried to book through Trivago, but it required a visa number. We don’t have one, though that’s never been an issue before. So I called to reserve the room myself, and was curtly told, “You have to book online.” I explained that I couldn’t because of the visa problem, and was basically told I couldn’t book. I understand hotels want a guarantee, but the stay wasn’t until the end of next week, and I wanted to offer to pay in advance. I wasn’t even given the chance. No thanks, I wouldn’t go there even if I were paid.

We had a pleasant stay near Bruges and Knokke-Heist, though there were a lot of flies and the landlords seemed a bit grumpy.
