I found palm marks all over the windows and long hair in the bathroom, even though I'm bald, so I have doubts about how clean the room was. I understand guests may have had some fun, but shouldn't the room be cleaned for the next person? I expected better from a four-star hotel.

Breakfast was good, with a fairly standard range of options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing about the rooms was especially distinctive, and there weren't many extras. The hotel sits a little outside the city center, but it's a solid place to stay.

There was plenty of free parking, and getting into the town center was easy. The staff were all really friendly. The room was decent enough for my stay in Bruges.

It's outside the old city center, but getting here by bike from the train station is easy. The ride takes about 15 minutes, with part of it along a gorgeous canal and through a park. They have what bike tourists need, including secure parking and e-bike charging. I'd recommend it and stay again.
