4/10
The bed was fairly comfortable, and the room itself wasn't awful. The price was decent, so the trip wasn't a total waste, but I wouldn't come back unless things improved. The photos were a little misleading and didn't quite match the room. There was a remote for a TV, but no TV, and the bed had only a thin cover that barely reached across the mattress, with no sheet. The bathroom door had no handle because it had broken off. The bathroom light and about half the outlets didn't work, and the toilet made noise day and night. We also went without hot water for two days. The main entrance door was shattered.

There was no internet connection. The place is very close to debrouke metro station, though, and about a 10-minute walk from central station.

The location is really central, and the employee was helpful. It's an economical hotel.

We had a booking, but the guy never even showed up. Don't book a room there.
