Appart'City Confort Bruxelles Centre Gare du Midi

The staff were kind and helpful, and letting us check in early meant we could rest before enjoying Brussels. We only stayed one night, but the room was spacious, lovely, and had what we needed, including a coffee machine and kettle. The hotel is close to the train station, metro, and tram. We’d choose it again if we return. Thank you.

We were travelling by train, so being near Brussels Midi worked really well. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchenette lets you make a little taste of home. We especially like being able to fix a tea or coffee whenever we want. A dustpan and brush would help keep dirt from shoes under control, particularly in winter. We’d happily stay here again.

The breakfast buffet had a good range, and I liked the coffee. Staff were friendly, and the hotel is near Bruxelles-Midi and "The Egg". Restaurants and small shops are nearby, and I could get around on foot. For a business trip, it worked well, and I’ve already recommended it to colleagues. In the room, the design suited me, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was good. I could work there too. There was a small kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, dishes, and cooktop, though I didn’t need to use it. The closet had enough hangers, there was a coffee maker, and the bathroom had a hair dryer. I gave the room four stars because some lights and the shower weren’t working properly, though that seemed like an easy fix. I also rated service four stars. There was no room service during the day, and when I arrived in the evening I had to ring the bell five times and wait outside for a long time. Maybe that was unusual, but it happened to me. I’d still book again. Everything else I needed was covered, though those small issues kept my rating at four stars.

It’s an easy walk to the Eurostar station, which is a real plus. At night, the surrounding area can feel a little scary because there are homeless people around, so I wouldn’t call it ideal for someone travelling alone. As a couple, it shouldn’t be a problem. The rooms have cooking facilities, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, and there are washers and dryers on the ground floor. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful with advice. I’d highly recommend the hotel.
