For the price, the hotel was somewhat good, but the room and customer service let me down. I understand that the room was small, but I still expected clean bedding and working supplies. Our bedding had holes, the power outlet behind the desk was broken, and the desk area hadn’t been cleaned. Two of us ended up sharing a power strip. When we asked about parking nearby, the receptionist was curt and came across as arrogant. Her English also made it harder to understand the answer. I wouldn’t return unless the hotel meets basic standards.

Madame Bianka at reception made my stay especially pleasant with her outstanding service. The hotel is central, in a very nice and safe area. I’ll be back soon, and I highly recommend it.

We were able to leave our bags several hours before check-in without any fuss or extra charge, and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Tea and coffee are included, and guests can borrow umbrellas when heading out. Our room was small but comfortable, with a nice bed and an electric kettle. The bathroom could get chilly since there’s no heater. The elevator is comically tiny, which is kind of cute, though I can see it being awkward with a lot of luggage. Great value for money.

The location was good, and I slept well in the comfortable bed. The room itself was a bit dirty, though, and there was a lot of noise in the corridor on two nights.

The central location is the main plus. The rooms are pretty basic, and the bathrooms are due for an update. A bit disappointing. Yellow light 🚦
