We would have been left sleeping outside if two kind Belgian ladies hadn't helped us. The door code we were given was wrong, and nobody answered our calls or messages. The room's WiFi didn't work, and collecting and returning the keys meant a 10-minute walk. When I explained the problems, the hotel staff laughed.
