We had booked a stay for May 2020, but Covid-19 forced us to cancel. Our other hotels and the airlines accommodated us with full refunds. This hotel instead offered a voucher that expired in December 2020. We live in the US and, given the situation and the possibility of more cancellations, weren't considering travel. Customer service was terrible. They acted as if extending the voucher was a favor. If you want guests to stay in the future, do right by them and offer full refunds.

The staff are super friendly, and the location is perfect. It's a five minute walk from 'downtown', though the surrounding area is worth exploring too. I'd love to stay here again.

Good people and a solid location, with a romantic feel for two. It can get noisy, but that's Brussels. Easily worth it.

Communication was clear, the room was very nice, spacious and clean, and breakfast was good given the Covid restrictions. We'll be back!
