The apartment is in a great spot in the Sablon area, about a 10-minute walk from both the Grand Place and Gare Centrale. Our family of four was happy with the stay. The kitchen is small but well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We arrived a little late, but had told the manager ahead of time, so there was no extra fee. They replied to our emails quickly and even met us as we came up the street. Just note that it’s on two floors, with a very steep staircase between them.

The corridor was dirty, and I walked into a spiderweb. Also, the microwave has a non-European plug and there’s no adapter, so when I came back in the evening wanting to heat up my food, I couldn’t and would have to go hungry all night. I don’t recommend it. The nearest shop is only open until 8 pm.

Please do a better job cleaning the room. Also, the late arrival charge is €10 for every 30 minutes after 19:30. That strict rule should be stated on the website, instead of being announced by email after the room has been booked.
