I woke in the night to bed bugs and couldn’t get back to sleep. The hotel was fully booked, so they wouldn’t move me. When I asked about a refund, the receptionist told me to return in the morning to speak with the manager. I came back at the agreed time, but the manager wasn’t there, so I left my contact details. I still don’t know if anything will come of it. The rooms were generally in poor condition, and the smoke alarm in mine was covered, perhaps by a previous guest smoking or by an attempt at insect fumigation. There’s a noisy junction nearby, and few bars or restaurants unless you go to the station.

We arrived nearly three hours ahead of check-in, and reception kindly offered to clean the room so it would be ready in half an hour. The staff were courteous and kind. Our room was spacious and had all the basic amenities. Being near Brussels Midi station made it easy to get around on the extensive public transport network. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

I couldn’t stay and had to leave. The sheets had blood stains, hair, and dirt on them, and the bathroom was very dirty with hair everywhere. This place is terrible, avoid it.

I had to leave and book somewhere else. The sheets had blood stains, there was hair everywhere, dirt marks, and cigarette holes. I’m almost bald, so the hair wasn’t mine. If you care about your health, stay away and pay a bit extra.

The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean, and reception staff were welcoming and kind. But the towels in my room were stained, and both the bathroom and room floor were dirty, with dust and other stuff. The hotel is in a very good spot, just a five-minute walk from Midi Station. I was only there for a few hours, and wouldn’t recommend a longer stay.
