Hotel Indigo Brussels - City

We got an update, and the room was amazing, with a location that's absolutely perfect. Andrea at reception was so helpful from the moment we arrived. We had a lovely chat since she's Spanish too, from Andalusia, which made her welcome feel especially warm and personal. Thank you for such a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

The bar and its staff were fantastic, and the room was clean, spacious, and had a modern bathroom. It's an easy walk from Brussels North Station, and we really enjoyed our one-night stay. We'll come back next time we're in Brussels. Everyone spoke excellent English, knew their stuff, and answered all our questions. They recognized my IHG status, so check-in was smooth. I'd recommend this hotel.

The breakfast spread looked amazing. I had to leave very early and miss it, but the staff kindly packed me a takeaway box. They were helpful throughout. The location is excellent, around an eight-minute walk from Brussels Nord train station and a 15-minute ride to Brussels Midi station, with lots of attractions nearby in the heart of the city. The rooms are large and nicely designed, as are the bathrooms. The TV is placed a little oddly, though it didn't bother me much. The toiletries were very good, so you can leave your own shower gel and hand cream at home. A wonderful place to stay, and one I'd strongly recommend.

We were a little unsure after booking through a BA Holidays package, but loved it as soon as we arrived. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, spotless, and the beds were ridiculously comfortable. It also felt secure, since you need your room key to use the elevator. Our fourth floor had a gorgeous botanical theme, soft bird sounds playing over the speakers, and a lovely scent from the automatic air freshener. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and genuinely helpful. I'd book again without hesitation. Such a gem!
