The view of Grand Place at night was spectacular. The square lights up beautifully and gives the place a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was included and served in the restaurant across from the hotel. It was hearty and decent. The hotel's best feature is its location right in the middle of Grand Place, and it really feels like an experience of Brussels. The building is quite old, with a tiny lobby entrance and a helpful desk agent. The room was decent for what it was, though I wished the bathroom had an exhaust fan. I prefer a bit more luxury, so I probably won't stay again, but I'm glad I gave it a try.

Right beside the grand place in the middle of the city, the location is perfect. The reception guy was very responsive and helpful, and gave us clear, thorough instructions. My room was warm in winter and very clean, with a nice shower and very hot water. The view was of the next building's side, but I didn't mind. Great stay.

The plaza-facing room had a fantastic view, and Saïd at reception was wonderful throughout our stay. He was easy to reach and went out of his way to help. My partner left a sentimental teddy bear in the room, and Saïd is arranging to ship it to us. The room amenities are limited, with no fridge or microwave. The hotel also seems to be going through major renovations, which might explain some of the negative reviews. Breakfast is served across the square, as the booking details say. Each person gets fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, croissants, and pain au chocolat, plus some ham and cheese. An attentive older gentleman served us and made sure we had what we wanted. The selection is limited, but it's as advertised, so check the details before booking. A great hotel for a short getaway.

We landed here after a mishap with Eurostar, and couldn't have been luckier. The room was beautiful, with a stunning view of Grand Place, and the hotel manager was top notch and so friendly. We'll definitely visit again next time we're in Brussels.

The room was spotless and really spacious, and the bathroom was big too. Breakfast was generous and tasty at La Brouette, a magnificent historic property just across the square. You can park at Grand Place Interparking and walk five minutes. It's a little expensive, but worth it. Said is Number One! He gave us a front room overlooking the marvelous square and its breathtaking buildings, and shared precious suggestions. The location is UNIQUE, right on Grand Place, the most beautiful square in Brussels. We highly recommend staying here and choosing a front room for a unique experience. It's the only hotel on Grand Place. We'll gladly recommend it to our friends.
