The staff were excellent, and my room was clean and comfortable, with a quiet view over a small inner courtyard. Breakfast had lots of good options and started at 6am, which worked well since I had to leave at 7 each morning. I was here for a business trip lasting just over a week. I'd recommend it and would check availability here first if I needed a hotel in the area again. I took off a star because the food choices on site were limited. On days when I got back late in terrible weather, I still had to go out for a meal. There also wasn't a small fridge for a drink or snack. That might matter less on a shorter stay.

A small open nook for clothes, and the room is clean and quiet. It's compact, so a slightly bigger bedside table on each side would help, and a little fridge for cold drinks would be nice too. The bathroom is a good size and the shower is nice. The bar is open 24/7 for drinks and finger food. There's no restaurant, but there's a good breakfast buffet for an extra charge, from 6-10 AM.

The room was clean, but it was very hot inside and there was no A/C. The hotel is in a perfect location. Thanks to the waiters and receptionists working the morning of 08.02.26, the service was very good. I did miss slippers in the room, and breakfast could use some warm food.

The room was on the small side, but that didn't bother us much since we hardly spent time in it. A drawer and a minifridge would have been useful. Otherwise it was very clean, and we had a nice view. My wife and I came to Belgium for a city break and were really pleased with our choice. The hotel is well placed for both the metro and trains, breakfast was tasty even if the selection was limited, and reception staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it.

The bathroom had a strange smell, maybe from the drains, though everything looked clean. I left the door open to let air through and that helped. Otherwise, it came pretty close to ideal: clean, comfortable and quiet, with the central station nearby and the centre and other attractions a short walk away.
