OPO Hotel

Our room faced the back, so it was really quiet despite being right in the centre. The deluxe twin beds were very comfortable, and the room had excellent amenities. Everything looked modern and was very clean. The 24-hour reception and key access to the lift felt reassuring, though we never felt uneasy walking around town. Reception staff were very helpful.

The room and hotel were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was even a fresh, pleasant smell as soon as I walked in, which made the place feel welcoming. What stood out most, though, was the staff's kindness. When I was stranded outside in a difficult situation, they arranged an early check-in straight away. The gentleman at reception was especially warm, professional, and helpful. I don't know his name, but he deserves recognition. I really appreciated how caring and understanding everyone was. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Restaurants, shops, and major sights are only steps away, so it's easy to explore Brussels on foot. The hotel also felt very safe. Inside, everything was spotless and well looked after, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, just right for unwinding after a day out. Staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was quick and easy. For a smooth, high-quality stay, OPO Hotel is a great choice.

The room was lovely and stayed nice and cool even with temperatures over 90. Staff were incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. The location was great, but the personnel were the real highlight. We don't speak Dutch, and after we got into an argument with a drunk cabbie, the hotel clerk came outside and sorted it out quickly. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. If you're in Brussels, stay there, or go to Brussels just to stay there.
