The flat was mostly clean and very well located, but it was short on basics: only three forks for four people, one bed hadn't been made, and there were only small hand towels, no shower towels. We also spent 30 to 40 minutes outside in the cold rain because the entry codes didn't work, before we could get into the building and our room. Not a nice start to the holiday. A few small fixes would make this a great place.

The location is convenient, though reaching the gate means walking down a dark alley. The apartment was acceptable, but the shower screen had been ripped off and was missing. The bigger problem was the customer service. Two of us were in a two-bedroom apartment, but we received one bath towel and one hand towel. When we asked for another, they said they only supplied essential items and refused. After using the hand towel the first night, we had to go buy one ourselves. It was such an easy thing to sort out, but their response showed contempt for guests. I'd feel sorry for anyone who had a more serious problem, since I doubt the company would do anything.

We ended up with nowhere to sleep after the sofa bed wouldn't open. It took several calls to reach their basic customer service, which passed issues to a so-called technical team with no guarantee anyone would look into them. Twice we were told someone would check the bed, the second time between 10 and 11pm, but nobody came. At 11:30pm I asked if they had another apartment in the same building and was told no. In a separate call, they put one of us in another room, where that sofa bed was broken too. That directly contradicted what they'd said before. Then they called back saying we couldn't stay there and threatened to change the room code. This was around midnight, and we'd told them the person had nowhere to sleep. Don't go anywhere near these flats. If something goes wrong, you're stuck with it, even if you have no place to sleep.

The flat was equipped well enough, but it looked like it hadn't had a proper clean in years. The door handles felt sticky every time I touched them, and the bed linen smelled as if it had never been washed. They also wouldn't provide a VAT invoice, despite several requests. That's a real problem for work travel. Like others here, I consider them cheaters and say stay away. This is a scam.
