Harmon House

The gym and sauna were top tier, and reception was 10/10. The service was great too. They took our luggage up to the room while we went to a cafe until it was ready. Great stay!

The spa costs extra, only fits up to five people, and relaxing means sharing a sofa with the other guests. In the room, two of the three digital light controls didn’t work, so it was quite dark. The room was large but had only a rail instead of a wardrobe, and the rooms need repairs. Through the window reflection, you can see another person lying on a bed. The cleaning schedule was a real problem. I kept being woken between 9 and 9:30am, and they wouldn’t delay cleaning. Staff entered despite the “do not disturb” signs while my phone was off because I was sleeping. Even when I asked them to come later, they refused to wait even an hour. The manager kept calling until I picked up, and when I silenced my phone they came in anyway. After several days without cleaning, there was a foul smell in the bathroom, probably from the ventilation system, since nobody was in the room for most of the day. I only found out then that it might be possible to schedule cleaning differently, and wish I’d asked sooner.

I was there for just one night and loved the experience. The room, spa and gym were all perfect, and the staff were welcoming and so nice. The place is well situated in Bruxelles. It felt chic but still pretty affordable. I’ll definitely come back ☺️☺️ and recommend it 100%.

I had a really relaxing massage with Nora, then spent about two hours in the spa. I’d left my earrings in the massage room without realizing it, but Nora found me at the sauna and brought them back. Thank you so much! I’ll be back very soon.
