Breakfast was processed pastries of uncertain vintage, a couple of pieces of fruit, and instant coffee. For a place costing over 50 euros a night, that’s hard to swallow. If it were 10 euros a night, I’d have to keep quiet. The room was freezing, the bed had no sheets, and the mattress was very uncomfortable, to put it mildly. Bathrooms are shared, with no hot water at the sinks and just one bathtub. You can’t even reach the handle, and tall people have to bend down to wash their hair. It’s not really a hotel or hostel, just four walls to sleep in. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The camera in the living room was a real eyesore. It felt like being filmed on a reality show, with no privacy at all. I really don’t like guests being filmed. The house was cold, there was no hot water, and the door wouldn’t shut properly, which didn’t feel safe. The gentleman was nice, but this setup might be fine for one person, definitely not a couple or family. On top of that, he tried to add 10 or 20 euros for three people even though I had specifically requested a triple room when booking. This kind of thing puts customers off, and I won’t be back.

A friendly welcome, and the bathroom was very okay. The room itself was basic but not bad, though the floor really needs a proper clean. There’s no breakfast, but you can make tea or instant coffee.

The owners are attentive and ready to help or give you any extra information. The place is simply magnificent, almost magical. I’d strongly advise booking a room here, even for just one night.
