We stayed at the resort for two days and ate at the restaurant one night. No staff member could speak English, and after several attempts to understand the unfamiliar menu, we ordered just one set menu. The waiter forgot our wine, and we had to remind them twice. They split the one menu between two plates, which was fine with us; we’d also said sharing from one plate would have been okay. But at checkout, we were charged for two menus at 55 euros each, including a three-course meal we never had. When we raised it, the restaurant manager refused to accept that there was an error. The service was very poor, especially at the restaurant, and the reception staff were rude and unhelpful when we questioned the bill. When we asked for a receipt after dinner, the manager refused and said it would be sent directly to reception. In our view, this was very unprofessional. Be careful and ask for a bill on the spot for any extras.

We loved the whole stay and are definitely coming back. After checkout, we could leave our things in a locker and keep using the wellness area until closing. They provided towels, a bathrobe and slippers, too. Dinner felt quite fancy, with live piano music. We were there at 6:30, well before most people, who seemed to eat closer to 7:30. At breakfast, some guests were dressed and others wore bathrobes. We’d wondered about that beforehand, and it was nice to see how relaxed it was to head straight back to the spa. 10/10 ✨❤️

Be careful with any extras, and ask for a bill straight away. Otherwise, you may end up facing a disputed charge at checkout.

The outdoor areas were our favorite, and the surroundings are beautiful. There are lots of saunas and different places to relax, and we really enjoyed the spa. The rooms are decent, and breakfast and lunch were good quality. Dinner, though, wasn’t anything special, and getting all the courses took many, many hours. I wouldn’t order it again.
