We found it faultless, though the stairs could be difficult for some. The bus stops right outside and runs regularly to Bruges' main train station, with a short walk from there to the centre. It costs €3 each way, and the hotel is a little outside the centre. Inside, our quirky room had lots of character and was clean and cosy. The building itself is incredible, with a beautiful conservatory for breakfast. The staff were lovely and so helpful.

The host made us feel very welcome and was wonderfully friendly. We slept well in a comfortable room with a good bed and a great shower, and everything was clean. Breakfast had a lovely selection. There's free parking, and Brugge is a short drive away. A bus stop opposite the hotel also takes you to Brugge city centre. We had an amazing stay at Vredehof and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful, and breakfast was good with perfect service. We stayed one night in 2023/11 and parked free in the lot out front. The stairs are narrow, so carrying luggage upstairs may be hard for an older person. Our room had carpet, and the shower room was small, so take care.

The owner was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is served at 8h, basic but still good. The Comfort Room was really small, and noise came through from other guests entering and leaving their rooms. With no double glazing, I could hear every vehicle all night. I'd recommend it for an overnight stop or a one-night business trip if you're not in a hurry.

We felt welcome and comfortable in this clean, very nice hotel. Its position between Brugge and Gent worked great for our visit to both. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, and the price was good. Highly recommended.
