Maelle at reception deserves a special thank you. She went out of her way to help me find my misplaced glasses, even though it was one of the busiest times of day. That kind of kindness really matters. The spa hotel was peaceful and well run, with clean, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and friendly, efficient staff. I'll definitely return.

We had a relaxing time at Thermen Dilbeek. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm, with that classic wellness feel. If privacy and quiet time as a couple matter most, I'd also suggest comparing it with a fully private wellness experience. We've had good experiences with Saunadelizia. The two options suit different kinds of wellness visits.

The best parts were the excellent Aufguss sessions, though they got crowded, and the massages at the beauty centre. The hotel stay itself didn't offer us a real benefit. On weekdays there were no Aufguss sessions until 14:00. We'd booked because the hotel advertised access to the wellness facilities from 10:00. But local aqua aerobics ran in the pool from 9:30 to 11:30, so we couldn't use it. Most saunas were on timers and didn't reach temperature until 11:00 or 11:30, when the public were admitted. That left a cold outdoor sauna or the indoor jacuzzi or steam room, where disco music from the classes was blaring. The instructor pointed to the schedule on a whiteboard by the pool and didn't seem to appreciate that it wasn't mentioned on the booking website. When I told reception this wasn't the case at their sister site in Londerzeel, the staff member replied, “Why don't you go there then!” Some staff were also appallingly rude. My wife burned her mouth on a cappuccino from the bar, which was extremely hot. I rushed to get water, but had to buy a glass of sparkling water. I told the waiter what had happened as I passed. He said it was from the machine, showed no sympathy or concern, and later seemed to laugh about it with another bar staff member.

I've visited Thermen Dilbeek twice, and I'm sure I'll be back soon. The staff are very friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrive, the peaceful, elegant atmosphere helps me relax. The place is impeccably maintained, with saunas, steam baths, jacuzzis, and relaxation areas that make it easy to switch off from everyday stress. A truly revitalizing visit. 😊🤗

As a woman who often visits alone, I've always felt safe at this spa. On the rare occasions someone behaved inappropriately, the staff or other clients dealt with it. If it happens to you, speak up and ask them to stop loudly enough for others to hear. If he doesn't stop, tell the staff. I say this because I've sometimes held back from calling out bad behavior myself. You shouldn't feel shy about asking for peace of mind in a place you've come to for calm and relaxation. I've been coming here for years as a Brussels resident, and it's one of my favourite places to unwind. We're lucky to have this kind of spa near Brussels, with other places nearby too, so there's variety for different tastes. Over the years I've seen management keep investing in the facilities, including new saunas, refurbishments, a covered terrace, and a cozy seating area. The aufgusses are great, and I'm still impressed by how the staff create a different atmosphere in each sauna. It's always very friendly. I don't eat at the restaurant often, so I can't say much about it, but the menu is massive and has plenty of food and drink choices. A huge thank you to the staff for making this one of my favourite places to chill!
