They canceled our reservation on their own and gave no explanation. The money was taken from our account and still hasn’t been returned. We lost the rental and got no answers: they never called back or clarified anything. Horrible!!!!

Our Booking.com booking said check-in started at 4 pm. We waited three hours and tried several ways to reach the owner, but heard nothing. We ended up without anywhere to stay that night.
