The apartment was dirty and the host was unfriendly. We left early and, for the first time in seven years, filed a complaint with Booking.com. Update 23-12-2025: Your reply just confirms the impression of a strange, unfriendly host with narcissistic tendencies. Maybe get the apartment properly cleaned instead of making smart-aleck remarks 🤣 The photos don't lie, and even Booking.com isn't happy with you.

Everything we needed was provided, and the apartment was spacious and clean during our stay. The location was great too, and communicating with the landlord went smoothly.
