Hotel Verlooy

The spacious room, superb amenities, and great location all exceeded my expectations. The in-room espresso maker was a particular highlight. This hotel is definitely near the top of my list of recommended places to stay anywhere.

The staff made things easy from the start. They kindly looked after our luggage while we hurried off to our first business meeting, and the room was spacious and well-appointed, a welcome place to unwind after a long workday. I spent a week here on business in Geel, Belgium, and was glad I'd chosen this hotel. A patisserie is connected to the hotel, and each morning the smell of freshly baked goods greeted me on the way to breakfast. Breakfast was satisfying, and the calm atmosphere made it a pleasant start to the day. There's also a shop just around the corner that opens only at night, handy for last-minute needs or cravings. The price was reasonable for the service and amenities. With the friendly staff, comfortable room, and those lovely bakery aromas, I had a wonderful stay. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable, convenient place in Geel.

Being close to the city center was a real plus. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful, and I slept well during my business trip. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Verlooy and would recommend it.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the team was friendly and attentive, both at reception and at breakfast. There aren't dining options at the hotel, but that wasn't an issue for me since the pedestrian area, with plenty of restaurants, is about a five-minute walk away. I don't often give five points, but this place deserves them. I can clearly recommend it.
