B&B Hakuna Matata

The garden and pool are fantastic, and we were lucky to have good weather. The rooms were beautiful too. But we rented the place as a holiday home, and it felt better suited to a B&B. The living space is cramped and chaotic, with several cupboards kept private, and there's a kitchen but no sitting area. When the weather is bad, everyone is pretty much on top of each other. Privacy was another issue. The garden is shared, which is fine, but we need somewhere private to sit. There's no screen on the terrace, and you have to walk across it to reach the garden shed. That felt odd, and at times we felt watched. The website says the cottage offers privacy, which wasn't true.

We had a great weekend with all ten of us, using the three rooms as well as the living room and kitchen. The children absolutely loved the pool, and the service was very friendly. We only missed some coat hooks, since jackets ended up lying everywhere 😏😉. Thanks, Franky 💪. We'll definitely come back sometime.

A big thumbs up for the excellent, friendly service. We booked a wheelchair-accessible room and found it all easy to use, including the breakfast area. The room even had its own entrance and a private terrace out front. There's also a nearby park with wheelchair-accessible walking paths.

We’ve been coming back for years to unwind here. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and the owner is so welcoming and friendly. A lovely B&B. Nothing is compulsory, anything goes... Hakuna Matata!
