10/10
The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a great bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. It was lovely and quiet, with a garden view, so we slept well, though a nearby cockerel did provide a natural alarm now and then. Trams to the centre run regularly from nearby, and the location made exploring easy. We loved it and will definitely come back.

For the price, the quality was good, and it works well for a night or two if you mainly need somewhere to sleep. The bed sheets had some yellow marks and the towels weren't clean either.

There was another guest staying in our room, even though we were two people and she was on her own. When it was raining, we couldn't open the outside door with the host's passcode and nobody came to help. The toilet doesn't even have a sink. Their management needs to improve immediately.

The room itself was good, but the toilet was separate from it and the shower felt a bit disgusting. The location wasn't ideal either.

After reading the reviews, I was surprised to find my room clean. The owner is a nice woman.
